Zach Rumbaugh has a rare condition Catecholaminergic Polymorphic Ventricular Tachycardia (CPVT) that is triggered by stress and adrenaline. In the summer of 2024, Zach jumped into a pool of water and his heart stopped. Thankfully, he made a full recovery at Doernbecher hospital and as part of Nike's annual Doernbecher Freestyle series, Zach designed one of the best Doernbecher colorways ever.
