At the age of 7 Rayssa Leal peformed a heelflip in a princess costume which caught the attention of the skateboarding world. Fast forward to the Tokyo Olympics and Leal makes history by winning an Olympic silver medal at the age of 15. And on March 20 for $125 her collaboration with Nike SB will come to fruition.

In 1986 Nike released the Air Max 1 with a larger visible window but quickly found out it led to the midsole cracking in cold weather. Fast forward to 1987 and the game changing Air Max 1 was redesigned with a smaller window and became the shoe we all know and love now.
Nike eventually figured it out and re-released the Air Max 1 with the larger window and in preparation of Air Max Day 2024 we're getting an OG Air Max 1 colorway with 1986 tooling.
