The Nike Air Foamposite One originally released in 1997 in the 'Royal' colorway, reminiscent of the blue found on Orlando Magic uniforms (but not quite the same blue). Although not technically part of his signature line, Penny Hardaway is still the face of the shoe with his 1-cent logo branded prominently on this groundbreaking shoe. 27 years later Nike is bringing this colorway back again, but in a way that's never been seen before. The Adidas AE 1 has been one of the hottest sneakers of 2024, and definitely the most exciting basketball sneaker this year. It is also now available in a low cut, and on July 20 Adidas dropped an 'Ascent (MX Grey)' pack in both the mid and low cut for $120 and $110 respectively.

In 2008 Kobe Bryant played in his first Olympics, leading the United States to the gold medal while remaining undefeated.
